Day 3. Visit just before quitting time. All of the pre-existing interior has been stripped: wiring, plumbing, wallboard, leaving just the 2×3 walls and the hardwood floors. Floor joists for the second floor have been laid in place over half the house, and the notorious "open to below" space has been framed.
